On Saturdays, I hit the gym to focus on my lower body and biceps. Today was no different. After completing my workout, I decided to try boxing training. This was my second time, and I can already see improvement. I started with two other people, who encouraged me throughout the session. Later, I trained with the personal trainer who pointed out my mistakes. Although I noticed a particular spot where his fist hit my face and I view it as an opportunity to get better. The video shows my progress, but the most important thing is that I'm improving every day
The trainer talked about my defence and my movement. He mentioned that I have to walk on my feet to have a stamina and strength . It was a good training. Even though I have a long way to go, it shows that I can do it.
