(ENG-SPA) Visiting the most beautiful town in Colombia - Barichara by: @diosmarymaiz1

Happy day friends how have you been? I recently visited Barichara, it is a Colombian municipality located in the department of Santander.

The population is divided into an old sector which is declared cultural heritage of the country. Additionally, it is considered the most beautiful town in Colombia 🇨🇴

Honestly, in this little town there are many rock carvers and they actually even export the rocks. Doing some research I found that within the history of the town an 18th century peasant met the virgin 🕊️ and the appearance of the virgin was on a stone where was in the carved image clearly.🗿

Then the town as such barichara rose from the stones house temple street cemetery all built of stone.💎

The ride was super fast and not at all planned. However, we got to see the viewpoint and we were in sandals hehe. The streets restaurants the church was closed ✨

Feliz día amigos cómo han estado? recientemente visité Barichara, es un municipio colombiano ubicado en el departamento de Santander.

La población se divide en un sector antiguo el cual es declarado patrimonio cultural del país. Adicionalmente, se considera el pueblito más lindo de Colombia 🇨🇴

Honestamente, en este pueblito se observan muchas talladoras de roca y realmente hasta exportan las rocas investigando un poco encontré que dentro de la historia al pueblo un campesino del siglo 18 se encontró con la virgen 🕊️y la aparición de la virgen fue sobre una piedra donde estaba en la imagen tallada claramente.🗿

Entonces el pueblo como tal barichara se levantó de las piedras casa templo calle cementerio todas construido de piedra.💎

El paseo fue súper rápido y para nada planificado. Sin embargo, alcanzamos a conocer el mirador y estábamos en sandalias jeje. Las calles restaurantes la iglesia estaba cerrada ✨
