Cuando se trata de hablar de los adultos mayores (así los llamamos en mi país) se puede hablar muchas cosas, entre ellas de la sabiduría que pueden dar y compartir, tengo la dicha de tener a mis padres vivos y todos los días los llamo para hablar con ellos, sobre todo con mi mamita que es la que me da más consejos. Así que hay que tratar de cuidarlos mucho, tratar de darles a esos seres que han dado todo por nosotros la tranquilidad que merecen como un digna adultez, recordando además que nosotros vamos a transitar ese camino en los años por venir.
Esta canción la compuse para la esposa de mi amigo Luthier que me fabricó mi mandolina acústica a quien siempre agradeceré tanto apoyo y hermandad en estos tiempos dificiles para mi país donde tenemos a familias que se han separado de sus seres queridos, esta cancón se titula Reencuentro, y es un homenaje a todos aquellos que vuelven a ver a sus seres queridos.
