Estoy contento con mi progreso en los fondos en paralelas porque hace poco aproximadamente dos meses hice cincuenta fondos y quede muy fatigado y no pude entrenar más ese día, y esta vez pude hacer sesenta fondos y pude seguir entrenando el mismo musculo, obviamente si me sentía un poco cansado pero no me sentía satisfecho con ese entrenamiento que le di a mis pectorales, y por eso decidí hacer flexiones luego de terminar los sesenta fondos, y ahí fue que puede quedar satisfecho con el entrenamiento.
I am happy with my progress in the parallel bottoms because a little while ago, approximately two months ago I did fifty bottoms and I was very fatigued and I could not train more that day, and this time I could do sixty bottoms and I could continue training the same muscle, obviously if I felt a little tired but I was not satisfied with that training I gave to my pecs, and that is why I decided to do push-ups after finishing the sixty bottoms, and that is when I could be satisfied with the training.
