Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en esta oportunidad les comparto mi d铆a de pectorales, que siempre hago todas las semanas una o dos veces dependiendo de cuantas ocupaciones tenga, aveces las hago con lastre, pero en esta vez no tuve la oportunidad de grabarlas con lastre porque el due帽o de los fiscos que uso no se encontraba, as铆 que sin m谩s nada que decir vamos con el video.

En la primera rutina realic茅 fondos en barra paralelas, 15 reps de 3 series, aunque en lo personal hago entre 20 y 25 reps, en la segunda rutina realic茅 fondos pero en una sola barra, 15 reps de 3 series igualmente, en el tercer ejercicio realice muscle up, en el video hice 6, pero acostumbro hacer 10 reps, y en las ultimas rutinas acostumbro a hacer flexiones normales, diamantes y abiertas.
In the first routine I performed parallel bar dips, 15 reps of 3 sets, although personally I do between 20 and 25 reps, in the second routine I performed dips but on a single bar, 15 reps of 3 sets equally, in the third exercise I performed muscle up, in the video I did 6, but I usually do 10 reps, and in the last routines I usually do normal, diamond and open push-ups.
