Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you an Intermediate level chest routine of some very good exercises that I have done throughout all this time training, it is very good to gain resistance and little by little go up level progressively.
Nuevamente subimos un poco el nivel y para el día de hoy vamos a realizar 4 ejercicios un poco más avanzados, 10 repeticiones por cada uno dejando 1 minuto de descanso de descanso entre cada ejercicio, cabe destacar que ésta rutina la debemos repetir un total de 4 veces.
Again we raise the level a little and for today we are going to perform 4 slightly more advanced exercises, 10 repetitions for each one, leaving 1 minute of rest between each exercise, it should be noted that we must repeat this routine a total of 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexión con Aplauso
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Push-up with Clap
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones de lado a lado
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Side to side pushups.
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones Rusas
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Russian push-ups
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4:Flexiones con Toque de Pecho
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #4: Pushups with Chest Touch
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
