    Hola mis queridos Amigos de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, bueno creo que como muchos de nosotros debido a la fecha navideña nos pusimos un poco flojos con el entrenamiento, en mi caso tengo unas 2 semanas más o menos sin entrenar ya que vinieron unos familiares que tenía mucho tiempo sin ver y prefería pasar el tiempo en familia con ellos así que descuidé por completo mis entrenamiento, ahora estoy pagando las consecuencias ya que mi resistencia se vio afectada, así que para el día de hoy les compartiré lo que será mi entrenamiento mientras recupero mi resistencia.

    EXPLANATION

    Bueno ya pasada las fechas navideñas quiero retomar mi entrenamiento y ponerme serio con ello, una de las peores cosas que podemos hacer cuando tenemos un tiempo sin entrenar es querer entrenar de la misma manera que siempre lo hacemos, gran error ya que nuestra resistencia no es la misma y simplemente estaríamos sobre exigiéndonos, así que por eso decidí entrenar leve, poco a poco al menos hasta que me sienta bien para volver a mi antiguo entrenamiento.

    En esta ocasión vamos a realizar siempre flexiones normales con la diferencia que vamos a realizar 3 series de 10, 3 series de 12, 3 series de 14 y por último 3 series de 16, debemos dejar 1 minuto de descanso entre cada serie.

    Well, after the Christmas dates, I want to resume my training and get serious about it, one of the worst things we can do when we have not trained for a while is to want to train in the same way that we always do, a big mistake since our resistance is not the same and we would simply be over demanding, so that's why I decided to train lightly, little by little at least until I feel good to go back to my old training.

    This time we are going to always do normal push-ups with the difference that we are going to do 3 sets of 10, 3 sets of 12, 3 sets of 14 and finally 3 sets of 16, we must leave 1 minute of rest between each set.
