    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Ésta rutina es un poco fácil a simple vista pero al realizar todos los ejercicios seguidos sin tener ningún tipo de descanso aumenta mucho la dificultad de éstos mismos. Hoy vamos a realizar 6 ejercicios diferentes, 20 repeticiones por cada ejercicio y al terminar nos vamos a hacer 1 minuto en plancha, como mencioné anteriormente en ésta rutina no tendremos ningun tiempo de descanso entre ejercicios. Ésta rutina la debemos realizar 3 veces para obtener mejores resultados.
    This routine is a bit easy at first glance, but by performing all the exercises in a row without having any type of rest, the difficulty of these exercises increases a lot. Today we are going to perform 6 different exercises, 20 repetitions for each exercise and at the end we are going to do 1 minute on plank, as I mentioned before in this routine we will not have any rest time between exercises. We must perform this routine 3 times to obtain better results.

    • Ejercicio #1: Abdominales rodillas elevadas: 20 repeticiones.

    • Exercise #1: Knee crunches: 20 repetitions.

    • Ejercicio #2: Abdominales de combinación codo-rodilla: 20 repeticiones (10 de cada lado).

    • Exercise #2: Combination elbow-knee sit-ups: 20 repetitions (10 each side).

    • Ejercicio #3: Levantamiento de piernas: 20 repeticiones.

    • Exercise #3: Leg raises: 20 repetitions.

    • Ejercicio #4: Abdominales Bicicleta: 20 repeticiones.

    • Exercise #4: Bicycle Crunche: 20 repetitions.

    • Ejercicio #5: Pulsación alternando las piernas: 20 repeticiones.

    • Exercise #5: Flutter kicks: 20 repetitions.

    • Exercise #6: Toe reaches: 20 repetitions.

    • Extra sobre codos: Plancha: 1 minuto.

    • Extra: Plank on elbows: 1 minute.
