Why my believe in long term holding/staking crypto assets?

Hello loving Hiveans!
Welcome to my 3speak vlog..
This time Crypto market is going through down situation but everyone knows that the people who believe in long term investment/holding never be fickle mind taking bear market of crypto. If someone is trading over the exchanges then can be different ideology otherwise people always prefer to invest during crash market. Three day before when Bitcoin was hitting 30k that time people were talking that it is in correction mode but when started to goes down, people again started to talk that it is an indication of crash market. To be honest my priority always be keeping calm and keeping on staking. I have remember in November 2022 I got benefited a lot from holding my assets when Hive market was in bullish mode . Now and days I do not get enough chance for trading so my priority be staking and staking. I have 343 HBD and I will convert them into Hive power when I will get appropriate time.
