La elección de ser feliz

Hola a mis queridos hivers y miembros de la comunidad de EspaVlog, como a cualquier otro internauta que esté navegando por aquí! Hoy les traigo un tema que al menos a mi me gusta mucho y que de alguna manera trabajo casi siempre.

Se trata del elegir ser feliz, elegir sonreír e intentar observar esas situaciones desafiantes y dolorosas con la certeza de que pasarán.

Este es un tema que se presta para hablar bastante, para intercambiar ideas, para nutrirnos de lo que unos y otros pensamos, y así fortalecer nuestra idea sobre ello.

El video es breve, y les comento algo que he estado analizando y sintiendo últimamente, ya que al leer el libro El Secreto, estoy aprendiendo bastante e intentando adoptar cierta manera de ver las cosas, basadas en el optimismo.

Claro que no siempre es posible, pero paso a paso. Este video es solo una partecita de lo que pienso al respecto, pero tenía ganas de introducir uno de estos temas en mi blog, ya que hace bastante que no comparto algo de esta naturaleza.

The choice to be happy

Hello to my dear hivers and members of the EspaVlog community, as well as to any other internet user who is surfing here! Today I bring you a topic that at least I like a lot and that somehow I work on almost always.

It's about choosing to be happy, choosing to smile and trying to look at those challenging and painful situations with the certainty that they will pass.

This is a topic that lends itself to talk a lot, to exchange ideas, to nurture each other's thoughts, and thus strengthen our ideas about it.

The video is brief, and I comment on something that I have been analyzing and feeling lately, since reading the book The Secret, I am learning a lot and trying to adopt a certain way of seeing things, based on optimism.

Of course it is not always possible, but step by step. This video is just a small part of what I think about it, but I wanted to introduce one of these topics in my blog, since it's been a while since I last shared something of this nature.
