Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive, de 3Speak y en especial de ESPAVLOG, tanto tiempo que no ando por aquí! Bueno, les comenté que había comprado unas luces y ya llevaba varias semanas queriendo hacer algún video que no fuera de Yoga para esta gran familia.

En esta ocasión les doy algunos consejos sobre la planificación del dia, ya que no se ustedes, pero a mi muchas veces me pasa que pareciera que las horas desaparecen y uno ni se entera cómo se fueron.

Pues aquí viene la PLANIFICACIÓN para que podamos cubrir no solo nuestras tareas que responden a responsabilidades, sino también aquellas necesidades nuestras que se relacionan con el esparcimiento, la calma, la diversión. Aunque no parezca, justamente es el cumplimiento de esto lo que nos permite incrementar nuestra productividad.
