Hello my dear friends of Bee On the Stage, I hope you are having a wonderful week. Today I want to show you something that made my heart and soul very happy, I started dancing again. I have been training with aerial dance but since January I don't dance in a ballroom as such, I wasn't dancing but mostly training. Which is not the same, moving your body, expressing your emotions in your movements and giving an intention to what you do, I missed that. On Saturday I had the opportunity to go to one of the best dance schools, I spent the week getting together to go to class and spend some time doing what I love doing so much.

I have this video of the phrase of the class, I loved it, the song used was Un Peso by Bad Bunny and the choreographer and instructor of the class you can find him on instagram as "wilkersin.u" his work in the assembly of the phrase was excellent, I would definitely repeat the experience a thousand times.
