Saludos a todos, feliz lunes (casi martes jaja) espero que hayan tenido un feliz inicio de semana genial. No sé si conocen a Meredith Duxbury, es una creadora de contenido en tiktok de maquillaje, sus videos causan gran tendencia por su manera peculiar de maquillarse utilizando muchísima base y esparciéndola por su rostro en la mayoría de oportunidades haciendo uso de sus manos, a mí me encanta ver sus videos porque su trabajo es espectacular, además es una persona muy elocuente. Quise probar su forma de maquillarse así que adquirí una base Salomé que desafortunadamente no era de mi color, no sé qué me pasó pero como la pedí por Instagram no presté suficiente atención a la compra jaja, aun así hice mi experimento y quiero mostrarles el proceso y los resultados

I don't know if you know Meredith Duxbury, she is a makeup tiktok content creator, her videos cause great trend because of her peculiar way of doing her makeup using a lot of foundation and spreading it on her face most of the time using her hands, I love watching her videos because her work is spectacular, she is also a very eloquent person. I wanted to try her way of doing her makeup so I bought a Salomé foundation that unfortunately was not my color, I don't know what happened to me but as I ordered it through Instagram I didn't pay enough attention to the purchase haha, even so I did my experiment and I want to show you the process and the results.

Comencé cubriendo todo mi rostro con muchísima base, admito que hice un poco de desastre a mí alrededor jaja. Pero, fue una experiencia interesante en cuanto a obtener tanta cobertura, la base no era ni cercana a mi tono, aun así continué, selle con ayuda de una brocha y me sentía súper rara jaja. luego maquillé mis cejas lo cual fue un poco problemático así que primero me quité un tanto de base de ellas para poder maquillarlas y luego con el rubor y contorno comencé a darle color y forma a mi cara

I started by covering my whole face with a lot of foundation, I admit I made a bit of a mess around me haha. But, it was an interesting experience in terms of getting so much coverage, the foundation wasn't even close to my shade, I still went on, I sealed with the help of a brush and felt super weird haha. then I did my eyebrows which was a bit problematic so first I removed some foundation from them so I could make them up and then with blush and contour I started to give color and shape to my face.

Luego con sombra marrón y dorada maquille mis ojos, algo súper discreto, solo como para darles profundidad y un toque de color a la cuenca del ojo, traté de difuminar bastante, que se viera solo como resaltado el ojo, luego apliqué rímel y con ayuda del polvo compacto traté que el color de la base no se viera tan bronceado. Al final siguió luciendo excesivamente bronceado jaja, sentía mi rostro como si no fuese mío. Luego me apliqué labial, a este le agregué un poco de brillo y peiné mi cabello para las fotos

Then with brown and gold shadow I made up my eyes, something super discreet, just to give them depth and a touch of color to the eye socket, I tried to blur a lot, so that the eye would only look highlighted, then I applied mascara and with the help of pressed powder I tried to make the color of the base not look so tanned. In the end it still looked too tanned haha, I felt my face like it wasn't mine. Then I applied lipstick, added a bit of gloss to it and styled my hair for the photos.

Me gustó probar esta forma de maquillarme, definitivamente lo volvería a intentar pero con una base que si sea de mi color jaja, espero les haya gustado
