    Estirar antes y después de realizar cualquier rutina deportiva es un principio básico que todo para deportista debe aplicar de forma religiosa. La razones son de peso, nuestros músculos corren menos riesgos de sufrir lesiones en el caso de realizar tales estiramientos y en cuando se realizan post ejercicios nos ayuda a descontracturar cualquier músculo que haya Sido excesivamente forzado durante la rutina.

    Stretching before and after any sports routine is a basic principle that every athlete should apply religiously. The reasons are weighty, our muscles run less risk of injury in the case of such stretching and when performed post-exercise helps us to decontract any muscle that has been excessively forced during the routine.

    Sin embargo, este principio básico suele ser olvidado con frecuencia. A veces por falta de tiempo, por olvido y hasta por aburrimiento. Es por ello que hoy les presento una forma diferente de realizar los tradicionales ejercicios de estiramiento, y si no disponemos de una sesión de estiramiento asistido, con una banda elástica lo podemos apoyarnos y si tampoco disponemos de la banda elástica, pues toca improvisar tal como lo hice hoy. Con una bufanda lo suficientemente larga y con algo de tejido elástico, realicé una interesante rutina de estiramiento. Coloqué música de uno de mis autores favoritos para este tipo de rutinas y me relajé mientras me daba la respectiva sesión de estiramiento que mis músculos me estaban suplicando.

That is why today I present a different way to perform the traditional stretching exercises, and if we do not have a session of assisted stretching, with an elastic band we can support it and if we do not have the elastic band, it is time to improvise as I did today. With a scarf long enough and with some elastic fabric, I performed an interesting stretching routine. I put on some music from one of my favorite authors for this type of routines and relaxed while I gave myself the respective stretching session that my muscles were begging me for.
