10 minutes Nigeria Food You Can Try || Okro Soup

Today i will be preparing Okro Soup, i know you might be wondering what time of food or recipe is that??? I will tell you more about it because we learn something new everyday and you can also try something new also, if you impressed about it. Okra is a very important vegetable used to prepare different types of soups. Virtually, every tribe in Nigeria makes use of okra to prepare at least one of their traditional meals or delicacies. Thus, it is a widely acceptable vegetable and as a foodies okra is low in calories but packed full of nutrients. The vitamin C in okra helps support healthy immune function. Okra is also rich in vitamin K, which helps your body clot blood. Antioxidants are natural compounds that help your body fight off molecules called free radicals that can damage cells.

I'm very happy that today I will bring back a simple recipe that is very easy for you to present to your family at home. Of course, as a menu to spend the end of year holidays with family. So spending time at home is of course the main thing we do to please our family. One of the best ways for us to do this is to serve delicious food at home.

####Ingredients to make:
Sliced Okra (a medium-size bowl full to your liking)
Fish (any time of fish you want, but Herring fish is preferable to give it some taste)
Blended pepper
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste.
200ml Red (palm) oil
half cup of ground crayfish little salt
