¿Quieres tener unos Brazos Tonificados?
Te invito a que veas mi video, esta Rutina de ejercicios que les presento, consiste en tonificar los músculos de los brazos incluso los de la espalda y hombros, estoy utilizando unas Ligas de Resistencia Tubulares, las cuales son muy fácil de trasladar a cualquier sitio que desees.
A quien no le gusta tener brazos con forma bonita, el músculo más grande es el tríceps ocupa un 60% del volumen del brazo, por lo tanto, debemos tener la mejor técnica y dedicación a este músculo, la idea es trabajar todos los grupos musculares de esta manera obtendremos la simetría que nos dará esa forma hermosa. Antes de comenzar con esta Rutina de Ejercicios, es necesario realizar un calentamiento de 15 a 20 minutos Caminata suave, aumentamos a los 10 minutos y en los últimos 5 bajamos la intensidad. También podemos ejecutar un calentamiento para brazos las cuales les mostraré en un próximo contenido.
Curl de Biceps
Escogemos las Ligas de Resistencia que nos permita sentir y ejecutar el ejercicio de la manera correcta, pisamos la mitad de la liga colocando los pies al ancho de las caderas, sujetamos la manilla, mantenemos los codos pegados al cuerpo, subimos flexionando y bajamos sin perder la tensión.
Realizaremos 4 Series de 15 Repeticiones.

Realizamos 4 Series de 15 Repeticiones.
Realizamos el cruce de las manillas, pisamos las ligas de resistencia por el centro, nos inclinamos un poco hacia adelante, mantenemos la espalda recta, subimos al pecho, apretamos abdomen y glúteos, sin perder la tensión de la liga. Este ejercicio no solo tonificará los brazos, también trabaja los músculos de la espalda.
En estos ejercicios pisamos la liga de resistencia en la punta o más atrás, donde se sienta la tensión, con el otro pie damos un paso hacia adelante, sujetamos la manilla, colocamos el codo hacia arriba, flexionamos y estiramos el brazo por encima de la cabeza. Comenzaremos con un brazo luego el otro.
Realizamos 4 Series de 15 Repeticiones por brazo.
Colocamos los pies al ancho de cadera, pisamos la liga de resistencia en la punta o más atrás, realizamos extensión lateral elevamos el brazo sobre pasando los hombres y bajamos nuevamente a la posición inicial, realizamos una elevación frontal y luego lateral.
Realizamos 4 Series de 15 Repeticiones por brazo.
Con este ejercicio culminamos nuestra rutina, es ideal para trabajar brazos y hombros, colocamos los pies al ancho de cadera, sujetamos las ligas por los extremos donde exista tensión o resistencia y realizamos la apertura de brazos.
Realizamos 4 Series de 15 Repeticiones por brazo.

This exercise will not only tone the arms, it also works the back muscles.

In these exercises we step on the resistance band at the tip or further back, where the tension is felt, with the other foot we step forward, hold the handle, place the elbow up, flex and stretch the arm above the head. Start with one arm then the other.
We perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions per arm.
Place feet hip-width apart, step on the resistance band at the tip or further back, perform lateral extension, raise the arm past the men and lower back to the starting position, perform a front and then a lateral raise.
We perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions per arm.
With this exercise we finish our routine, it is ideal to work arms and shoulders, we place our feet at hip width, we hold the bands by the ends where there is tension or resistance and perform the opening of arms.
