    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Street Workout Community , En esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, esta rutina de entrenamiento que realice en la mañana de hoy, que consta de diferentes maneras de trabajar las Pull ups, en la que fortalecemos todo la zona del tren superior y mejorando nuestra resistencia física.

    En esta oportunidad comparto una serie de ejercicios que son muy efectivos en el desarrollo y la definición de nuestros músculos trabajando así diferentes tipos de pull ups.

    Esta rutina de ejercicios, que presentó aparte de trabajar la fuerza, son muy buenos para mejorar la resistencia, potencia y nos ayuda a tener una mejor postura.

    Set de entrenamiento esta serie de ejercicios está orientada para fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el sector del tren superior tanto frontal como posterior.

    Este set está compuesto por la ejecución de una serie de ejercicios, entre los cuales podemos mencionar los siguientes: Pull ups pronas, pull ups supinas, pull ups L-sit, pull ups alternados, pull ups explosivas pronas y supinas, pull ups arqueras, pull ups frontal, pull ups explosivas con cambio de agarre prono a supino.
