¡Gente hermosa de Full Deportes, espero se encuentre muy bien! Desde hace varias semanas vengo planeando este video, ya que lo considero signiticativo e incluso puede servir de inspiración a personas que les gustaría Entrenar Fuerza y no saben con quién o tienen miedos al respecto.

Más allá de contar mi Experiencia, quiero promover este estilo de Entrenamiento por todo lo que aporta a la Salud, pero quisiera aclarar que si es algo que no resuena contigo es totalmente válido, y lo menciono desde un principio porque el "Fitness" el Gym y el entrenamiento es algo de cierta controvercial, pero también debe manejarse con responsabilidad y respeto... pero más allá de eso, de antemano espero puedan disfrutar del video, de mi experiencia y proceso, jeje.

Llevo más de 6 meses entrenando, impresionante como ya va medio año, de verdad que el tiempo avanza muy rápido jajaja, y no quiero comentar mucho por acá para animarlos a ver el video, pero en forma resumida les digo, que ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado en mi vida (con toda seguridad lo digo), mi salud física, emocional y mental ha mejorado significativamente desde entonces y no saben lo feliz que me hace y lo motivada que estoy por mí misma (porque es un proceso individual) para seguir y mantenerme constante en esto que me ha hecho, hace y hará mucho bien...

I've been training for more than 6 months, impressive as it's already half a year, really time is moving very fast hahaha, and I don't want to comment much here to encourage you to watch the video, but in summary I tell you, it has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life (I say it with confidence), my physical, emotional and mental health has improved significantly since then and you do not know how happy it makes me and how motivated I am by myself (because it is an individual process) to continue and stay consistent in this that has done, does and will do me a lot of good. ..
