(ENG/ESP) Happiness, my first planton in HIVE by @antonyjimenezve

Good afternoon friends of ALIENTO, it is a pleasure for me to announce that I have just added three new seedlings to the blockchain. These are three co-workers to whom I am introducing them to the #HIVE ecosystem and teaching them how to use and interact in it.

We are studying and working together. @joaquin2111 is 29 years old, a computer engineering student, web programming enthusiast and a good cook. @mycaela is 21 years old, she is also working with us, but in another area, she is in the file coordination office, she is a student of Tourism and is very cheerful. She has a very charismatic energy that is contagious. And @victoria-12 She is in my DPAP office (Data Analysis and Processing Department), yes, we work together. She is a Computer Science student, she is a fitness girl (she likes exercises and weights), she has a very positive energy, besides being efficient in her work.

These three are great friends of mine. We are in a phase in which we are improving our academic level to ensure that we have answers that will serve as solutions to future problems in our technological area. Our intention and mission as a team, in the HIVE platform, is to learn everything we need to know about web3 construction, to understand the processes and the language.

We had been talking for days about the platform. The first to register was @joaquin2111, together we did a test of 3speak, but it went wrong, because the video we uploaded was wrong. Already today we prepared the new video and it is about to be presented to the ALIENTO community. @ victoria-12 was my second planton, we opened her account two days ago and she already has three posts including her #HIVEINTRO. And Milced @mycaela just made her first introduction post.

I @antonyjimenezve have focused on showing and explaining the basics of the system, as well as we are interested in participating in different dynamics proposed by the already established communities.

Personally, for me it is a success, to bring new people to the community and in turn, help to keep growing the number of users who interact and make life in the ecosystem.

I did this action of bringing people in alone, I delegated 30RC to each of my colleagues so that they could publish or comment. I explained to them about communities, tags, wallets, private keys, the hive keychain and how to use it.

So far, we are all excited and aware of all the work that may be ahead of us, but as our boss says: "If I have problems or puzzles to solve, I will always have a motivation to take action and RESOLVE".

Buenas tardes amigos de ALIENTO, es un gusto para mi anunciar que acabo de sumar a la cadena de bloques a tres nuevos planton. Se trata de tres compañeros de trabajo a los cuales les estoy presentando el ecosistema #HIVE y les estoy enseñando a usarlo e interactuar en el.

Nosotros estamos estudiando y trabajando juntos. @joaquin2111 tiene 29 años, es estudiante de Ing. informática, entusiasta de la programación web y es un buen cocinero. @mycaela tiene 21 años, también trabaja con nosotros, pero en otra área, ella se encuentra en la oficina de coordinación de archivo, es estudiante de Turismo y es muy alegre. Ella tiene una energía muy carismática que contagia. Y @victoria-12 Ella esta en mi oficina DPAP (Departamento de Análisis y Procesamiento de Datos), si, trabajamos juntos. Ella es estudiante de Informática, es una chica fitness (le gustan los ejercicios y las pesas), tiene una energía muy positiva, además de ser eficiente en sus labores.

Ellos tres son grandes amigos para mi. Estamos en una fase en la que, estamos mejorando nuestro nivel académico para asegurar tener respuestas que sirvan de solución a problemáticas futuras en nuestra área tecnológica. Nuestra intención y misión como equipo, en la plataforma HIVE, es aprender todo lo que necesario sobre construcción en la web3, entender los procesos y el lenguaje.

Teníamos días conversando, sobre la plataforma. El primero en registrarse fue @joaquin2111, juntos hicimos un testing de 3speak, pero salio mal, porque el video que subimos fue Errado. Ya hoy preparamos el video nuevo y está por presentarse ante la comunidad de ALIENTO. @ victoria-12 fue mi segundo planton, su cuenta la abrimos hace dos días y ya lleva tres publicaciones incluyendo su #HIVEINTRO. Y Milced @mycaela acaba de hacer su primera publicación introducción.

Yo @antonyjimenezve me he enfocado en mostrar y explicar lo esencial del sistema, así como también, estamos interesado en participar en diferentes dinámicas que proponen las comunidades ya establecidas.

En lo personal, para mi es un éxito, traer personas nuevas a la comunidad y a su vez, ayudar a que siga creciendo el numero de usuarios que interactúan y hacen vida en el ecosistema.

Esta acción de ingreso de personas, lo hice de forma solitaria, delegue 30RC a cada uno de los compañeros para que pudieran hacer publicar o comentar. Les explique sobre las comunidades, las etiquetas, las wallets, las llaves privadas, El hive keychain y el uso del mismo.

Hasta el momento, todos estamos entusiasmados y consientes de todo el trabajo que nos puede venir por delante, pero como dice nuestro jefe: "Si tengo problemas o acertijos que resolver, siempre tendré una motivación para accionar y RESOLVER"
