Chill but Concentrated Chess > Shallow analysis

I should've won 4/4, I was actually six points of material above my opponent when I got checkmated due to lack of concentration. It seems I can' stay focused more than 20 minutes at a time, I guess I have to work on this.

I won my first two matches easy as fuck, then I lost a match due to lack of focus, then I won the 4th match again easy as fuck.

All it takes to win ELO points at this level is to pay attention, not blunder, play logical moves and let your opponent be the one who makes the mistakes.

I have a good feeling about this, I think I will get back at 1200 in no time and from there, it's just a little bit more practice, learning time and some studying - if I find the time - to get to 1500, at which point I will not be focusing on chess anymore except for chilling because damn, I think I've spent something around 300 hours playing chess so far this year, which to be honest, sucks.

It sucks because I could be growing the Hive & Leo ecosystem, I could be making money, I could be excercising, I could be improving my JS level or learning python but no, this guys wants to get to 1500 ELO level before 2023 begins.

We'll see, all I can say is that I think I'm on the right path.
