Body Flow Series #24: Floor Works (Pole)
Pole Floor Works looks easy but it actually requires so much strength and control in movements. I have to admit I still have so much to improve in my grace and flow in floor works. I cannot rely on flying tricks and spinny moves to hide my lack of gracefulness. Floor works requires so much work in every detail- I am still working on it.
I really aim to get better on floor rolls and head/shoulder stands.

This was taken before the actual pole training I did at Body Series #22, if you could notice I was wearing thesame shorts. It was the first time I went back to pole after I rested for more than a week after the nasty vaccine side effects. I really usually do intense HIIT workout to loosen my muscles and warm my body before I pole. This time however, I wanted to take it easy on my warm up and decided to have a small routine in pole with floor works. It turned out not so bad so I am sharing it.
