Body Flow Series #27: Pole Dance Routine
Hello everyone! It's Sunday. In the Philippines we are celebrating Father's day today so no pole training for me. This video was the last routine I made yesterday. The move at 0:20 is called superman. I just did a little variation with the shape and it turned out really cute. It looks so sexy, strong and effortless. The shoudler mount that followed right after was a little challenging especially that the pole is spinning but I can feel that I have really improved. It used to be such a struggle to lift my two legs up while the pole is spinning. I like it everytime I feel small progress like this.
Trivia:
Do you know that 80% of my pole outfit are just swim wear. Sometimes, I buy nice jogging shorts or cycling shorts
but they are not comfortable and safe enough especially for tricks like superman which requires inner thigh hold.
