    Hay que tomar en cuenta que que no es solo hacer ejercicios por hacer, también debemos pensar en lo importantes que son nuestras articulaciones, y más aún cuando trabajamos con peso o haciendo esfuerzos en saltos largos, en fin debemos estar atentos para prevenir cualquier lesión de estas partes ya anunciadas.
