Hola, grupo que disfrutan de los beneficios de la tecnología. Visito esta comunidad para presentar mi batidora de mano pastelera de bajo costo, pero que su ajusta a mi realidad en el mundo de la repostería. Elaboró tortas cuando mi organismo extraña dulces realizados por mi madre o porque mi niña me lo pide. Cuando llegué a Argentina no tenía ningún utensilio de cocina y poco a poco logré comprar. Cuatro meses atrás, mi esposo adquirió una batidora; todo comprador responsable usa el electrodoméstico de inmediato y no espera para poner a funcionar el artefacto eléctrico, pues no fue mi caso, después de mucho tiempo decido hacer el unboxing, fue un riesgo, pero la máquina funcionó. ¡Qué locura 😱 la mía!

La marca adquirida es Smartlife de origen chino, comercializada por un supermercado reconocido. Mi esposo la compró según mis sugerencias, tamaño estándar, manual para que no ocupe espacio y de 300w como la potencia de mi batidora en Venezuela. Me gusta el color blanco por ser clásico, que sea liviana la batidora y de fácil agarre. Mi interés como toda persona es hacer mezclas que esponje, emulsione o que las claras de huevos llegué a punto de nieve. Batir a mano con el globo o la paleta cansa y más cuando deseas mezclar sustancias como por ejemplo azúcar con crema de leche, ingredientes de la torta tiramisú que realizó el 24 de diciembre, así que era hora de abrir el empaque del batidor eléctrico Smartlife.

The brand purchased is Smartlife from china, marketed by a well-known supermarket. My husband bought it according to my suggestions, standard size, hand blender so that it does not take up space and 300w as I had it in Venezuela. I like the white color because it is classic, the mixer is light and easy to grip. My interest, like everyone else, is to make mixtures that fluff, emulsify or that the egg whites reach stiff peaks. Beating by hand with a balloon or paddle is tiring, especially when you want to mix substances such as sugar with cream, ingredients of the tiramisu cake I made on December 24, so it was time to open the package of the Smartlife electric mixer.

Les confieso que soy práctica y sé que estos aparatos vienen con dos varillas, las planas y los ganchos, cada uno para cumplir su función y este producto trajo los accesorios. Es fácil el modelo porque su uso es sencillo, pero si no llegas al fondo de la mezcla es probable que queden ingredientes sin unir o si lo haces en la parte superior tiende a salpicar todo, sería un desastre. El artefacto trae 5 velocidades, un botón turbo y el botón de acceso para extraer las varillas; recuerda colocar las varillas cuando esté desconectada la batidora y así evitar accidentes. De preferencia el material que sea de acero inoxidable para que sea duradero.

I confess that I am practical and I know that these appliances come with two rods, the flat ones and the hooks, each one to fulfill its function and this product brought the accessories. The model is easy because it is simple to use, but if you do not get to the bottom of the mixture it is likely that there will be ingredients left unmixed or if you do it at the top it tends to splash everything, it would be a disaster. Preferably the material should be stainless steel for durability.

La tecnología evoluciona, los artefactos para la cocina también, pero debido a mi poco espacio no puedo elegir una batidora de pedestal y porque tampoco soy asidua a la repostería. No obstante, este electrodoméstico me hace más simple el arte de la repostería, por tanto, elijan la batidora según el deseo, interés y también la necesidad. El modelo o la marca depende de ustedes; sean consciente del uso para prologar la vida del electrodoméstico y que permita brillar en el reino de la cocina. El batidor de mano pastelera simplifica la preparación de manera rápida y de calidad para tener la consistencia deseada del postre.

Technology evolves, so do kitchen appliances, but because of my limited space I cannot choose a stand mixer and because I am not a regular baker either. However, this appliance makes the art of baking simpler for me, so choose the mixer according to your desire, interest and also your need. The model or brand is up to you; be aware of the use to prolong the life of the appliance and allow it to shine in the realm of the kitchen. The hand blender pastry simplifies the preparation in a fast and quality way to have the desired consistency of the dessert.

Hay 3 detalles que no me gustan del batidor; una, el cable es corto, debo elegir el lugar correcto para hacer mis dulces; el segundo aspecto negativo, no cuenta con un sistema para recoger el cable para evitar daños en el futuro, así que debo colocar la batidora de mano en su caja delicadamente. El tercer detalle, la batidora en la parte frontal, posee un espacio, me preocupa que la harina entre por esa cavidad y traiga consecuencias. Me despido, y por favor no repitan mi acción retardada en poner a funcionar el electrodoméstico porque a veces las garantías vencen pronto.

There are 3 details that I do not like about the mixer; one, the cable is short, I have to choose the right place to make my sweets; the second negative aspect, it does not have a system to collect the cable to avoid damage in the future, so I have to put the hand blender in its box delicately. The third detail, the mixer in the front, has a space, I am worried that the flour enters through that cavity and bring consequences.
