Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, es un placer para mí estar nuevamente rockqueando con ustedes en Pukumundo. Para esta oportunidad les traigo mi versión instrumental de la guitarra acústica en la canción Lonely Day de la banda estadounidense System of a Down. Conocí a SOAD cuando era bastante joven, no puedo decir que es de mis bandas favoritas pero sin duda esta canción siempre me ha encantado.

Su letra es simple pero bastante nostálgica, y el arpegio en guitarra acústica, sutil y triste, la hace una balada que cualquier guitarrista debería tocar, sobre todo los que amamos la acústica y más los arpegios. Fue una de las primeras canciones que quise tocar en la guitarra cuando tenía unos 14 años, pero en esa época estaba algo confundida y creí que me apasionaba la guitarra eléctrica, más tarde descubrí que no era así.

System of a Down es una banda con letras muy rebeldes y polémicas, tocan temas muy sensibles desde la crítica. Lonely Day fue publicado en el año 2005 en el álbum Hypnotize, ideal para el inicio de año, pues como dice la letra de la canción, los días solitarios no deberían de existir, así que espero que este nuevo año traiga muchos momentos de compartir con la gente querida.
