With much love and respect I bring you this wonderful summary of all my training yesterday as it was something very fun and interesting to see a friendly vs. between @alexdro-sw and myself this vs. was very interesting as he is a great athlete who has come to get a great level. I think it was recently when I returned to training and it fills me with pride to see the level he has achieved in such a short time and it motivates me a lot to see that he has come far and I'm glad to see that he is always giving his all. These versus motivate me a lot and are very good for the athletes to get used to the pressure and concentrate more when it comes to make a good round in each versus, everything is for them to gain confidence and experience. I really enjoy doing versus with my teammates because I have seen these guys grow and it is something very incredible to see the level they have reached and it is something that fills me with great joy.
