    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semana, espero estén muy bien, vengo yo nuevamente con un Reto nuevo de 100 Repeticiones 🙃🔥 me ha gustado esto de retarme, sobretodo cuando se trata de ejercicios donde involucramos varios musculos al mismo tiempo, en esta ocasión serán 100 Repeticiones en total y lo manejamos con 5 Variaciones de Animal Flow 10 Repeticiones de cada variación y al terminar las 5 variaciones descansamos 30 segundos a 1 minuto, luego repetimos el proceso desde el inicio y hacemos 100 Repeticiones de Animal flow💪🔥

    Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy start of the week, I hope you are very well, I come again with a new challenge of 100 repetitions 🙃🔥 I liked this challenge me, especially when it comes to exercises where we involve several muscles at the same time, this time it will be 100 Repetitions in total and we handle it with 5 Variations of Animal Flow 10 Repetitions of each variation and when we finish the 5 variations we rest 30 seconds to 1 minute, then we repeat the process from the beginning and do 100 Animal flow💪🔥 Repetitions.


    Una recomendación muy importante, si no dominas todas las variaciones, no te hagas problemas, hazlos todos los que puedas variar, pero completa las 100 repeticiones, que son la clave. Obviamente va a ser retador si no es un ejercicio que dominas del todo, sobretodo la carga que hay en los hombros, sin embargo, la primera variación que es para nivel básico, a tu ritmo y que domines el movimiento y luego me agradeces, veras la tensión corporal en los hombros, el core y hasta las piernas, yo terminé fundido despues de este entrenamiento que me tomó menos dr 6 minutos, pero esta es la genialidad de estos entrenamientos, que puedes ahorrar tiempo y ser eficiente con tus ejercicios🤯💪🔥 si te anotas y logras hacerlo etiquetame 🔥🔥🔥😁
