    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes ya queda poco para cerrar el año, es por eso que les deseo con anticipación un año nuevo lleno de bendiciones a todos y sobretodo que logren sus metas personales, fisicas, familiares y económicas, pero sobretodo que este año nuevo les traiga mucha salud a todos, me encanta que esta comunidad cada vez crezca más y sobretodo ver gente más comprometida con sus rutinas de ejercicios, yo paso por acá a dejarles una serie de ejercicios compuestos que pueden elegir para practicar y luego agregarlas a sus rutinas 👊

    Los ejercicios compuestos son geniales porque puedes reclutar varios musculos a la vez y les quise dejar varios que son intensos, pero muy efectivos para agregar a sus rutinas, obviamente no podía faltar mi querido Burpee que es odiado por mucho y amado por otros, pero si muy efectivo en cuanto a trabajo intenso se refiere, todos estos ejercicios que les comparto son para dominarlos, eso significa que requiere practica, yo siempre dedico unos 30 minutos 2 o 3 días a la semana para practicar los que no domino, por la única manera de dominarlos es practicando, no hay otra forma, así que elige el ejercicio que vas a practicar y empieza a ponerte en la línea con tus practicas y puedes elegir 2 de estos movimientos para hacerlos, cuentame cual te gusta más para empezar a hacer?😁👊
