    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, arrancando la semana con todo el poder y la energía, agradecido con todas las personas que asumieron el Reto de 100 Burpees, no pensé que se contagiaría de tal forma, lo cuál me encantó y espero seguir aportandoles algo de mis rutinas, en esta ocasión les dejo una para trabajar todo el cuerpo con el peso corporal 👊

    Este entrenamiento lo grabé en la pista de atletismo del polideportivo de Maturín, que está en un pésimo estado para correr, la pista está destruida, sin embargo hay gente que no para de entrenar igual, así que el sábado me fuí a caminar a la pista y hacer esta rutina bajo el sol, aunque increíblemente ahora que me estoy exponiendo mucho más al sol, las nubes estaban impertinentes 😂😂😂😂 pero igual hice mi rutina y estuvo genial, no soy de trotar, sinceramente me aburre, si la rutina lo amerita lo hago, pero no soy de salir a trotar

    I recorded this workout in the athletics track of the Maturin sports center, which is in a terrible state for running, the track is destroyed, however there are people who do not stop training anyway, so on Saturday I went to walk to the track and do this routine under the sun, although incredibly now that I am exposing myself much more to the sun, the clouds were impertinent 😂😂😂😂 but I still did my routine and it was great, I'm not jogging, honestly it bores me, if the routine deserves it I do it, but I'm not going out jogging.


    Una recomendación que te doy es agregarle a tus rutinas del día, exponerte al sol y recargarte de Vitamina D, empezar a hacer unos 10,000 pasos diarios minimos, si entrenas duro en un gym por 1 o 2 horas, pero pasas 10 o 12 horas en una silla, eres alguien que entrena pero sedentario, así que ojo con eso, agregalo a tus habitos diarios el caminar, pueden ser 5000 pasos en la mañana y 5000 en la tarde, haz una pausa, adaptalo a tu ritmo y has tus rutinas con energía, espero te guste esta, te mando un saludo y cuentame si haces este hábito de los 10,000 pasos diarios 👊😁
