Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes, espero esten todos bien, entrenando y cada vez más fuertes, hoy les comparto una rutina en casa, sin implementos pero con intensidad para el tren inferior, lo bueno es que les dejo ambas opciones, básico y Avanzado, trabajando las repeticiones subiendo un par de ellas en cada ronda, iniciando de esta manera 10-12-14-16-18 🔥con estos ejercicios, independientemente del nivel que elijas, vas a notar el esfuerzo en tus piernas, por eso siempre insisto en que hay que hacer la técnica correcta, sin importar el tipo de ejercicio que realices
