    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semana para todos, espero que estén muy bien, haciendo sus rutinas y si aún no inicias, que estas esperando? 🤔 yo paso por acá dejandoles una rutina básica Full Body💪🔥 en la que el único implemento que vas a usar es una cuerda de salto, si no la tienes, no pasa nada, puedes hacer los saltos sin cuerda, también te dejo ambas opciones a realizar, una opción básica y otra avanzada, la clave como siempre es; Cuida tu técnica y la respiración para controlar tu capacidad cardio respiratora 🔥

    Hello Warriors of @fulldeportes happy start of the week for everyone, I hope you are doing great, doing your routines and if you still don't start, what are you waiting for? 🤔 I stop by here leaving you a basic Full Body💪🔥 routine in which the only implement you are going to use is a jump rope, if you don't have it, nothing happens, you can do the jumps without rope, I also leave you both options to perform, a basic and an advanced option, the key as always is; Take care of your technique and breathing to control your cardio respiratory capacity 🔥.


    Una recomendación que les dejo como siempre, es que te mentalices completamente, para que sepas que la clave del ejercicio es estimular el musculo, por lo tanto te recomiendo usar esto como principio fundamental para mantener tus rutinas, siempre con un objetivo claro y el que vaya de la mano de una mentalidad a largo plazo, no esperes tener resultados en 1 semana, no funciona así, pero si te comprometes con el proceso diario, esto te llevará a tu meta, sea la que sea, son 6 meses mínimo para poder exigir cambios evidentes 💪🔥
