    Feliz inicio de semana para todos mis amigos de @fulldeportes espero se encuentren muy bien, ya retornando a la rutina habitual o implementando algo nuevo, te deseo lo mejor esta semana, les cuento que estamos por el día 106 del Reto Burpees, ahora poniendo a prueba la resistencia frente a este desafío mayor y sobretodo también seguir mis rutinas, aún no me lo creo que haga más de 100 Burpees corridos, cuando todos han sido testigos de mis 100 Burpees de 10 en 10 y eso solo demuestra que siempre podemos dar y hacer más 💪

    Acá te dejo una rutina simple pero no fácil de seguir, tienes que hacer 20 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio, que son 5 diferentes y al terminarlos cumples 1 Ronda y 100 Repeticiones en esa ronda, ahora te tomas 1 descanso de 1 minuto y repites 5 rondas en total, haciendo 100 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio x 5 total 500 Repeticiones, hazlo a tu ritmo cuidando siempre la técnica correcta para evitar lesiones, espero que puedas hacer esta rutina y me cuentes como te fué yo terminé fundido, porque es super exigente 🥵 pero vale la pena exigirte cada ves más 💪
