    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes, iniciamos esta nueva semana con las pilas al 100%💪🔥 y hoy les grabé esta rutina en formato de TABATA que hice junto a mi pana @vip-jesus, quién pronto será parte de la familia de Full deportes, tenemos ya más de un mes entrenando desde las 5:00am y hoy hicimos unos cuantos TABATAS con 2 ejercicios, para los que no conocen este Formato, es simple, hay un espacio de 20 segundos para hacer el ejercicio y 10 segundos de descanso y son 8 espacios para entrenar y puede hacerse como normalmente se hace con 8 ejercicios diferentes o en esta ocasión hicimos 2 ejercicios💪

    Hello Warriors of @fulldeportes, we start this new week with 100%💪🔥 and today I recorded this routine in TABATA format that I did with my friend @vip-jesus, who will soon be part of the Full deportes family, we have already more than a month training from 5: 00am and today we did a few TABATAS with 2 exercises, for those who do not know this Format, it is simple, there is a space of 20 seconds to do the exercise and 10 seconds of rest and are 8 spaces to train and can be done as normally done with 8 different exercises or this time we did 2 exercises💪.


    Primer ejercicio uno compuesto, sentadillas con Lunges + Saltos, esto se debe hacer la máxima cantidad de repeticiones en 20 segundos a tu ritmo y luego de los 10 segundos de descanso, hacemos Push-ups con toques de talón, igual por 20 segundos la máxima cantidad de repeticiones y así seguimos el ritmo por toda la canción que dura 4 minutos aproximadamente, luego descansamos un 1 minuto y completamos 5 TABATAS en total, con esta rutina sencilla pero no fácil, puedes trabajar intensamente por menos de 30 minutos en total, activate con el Poder del TABATA 💪💥

    First exercise one compound, squats with Lunges + Jumps, this should be done the maximum amount of repetitions in 20 seconds at your pace and after the 10 seconds rest, we do Push-ups with heel touches, same for 20 seconds the maximum amount of repetitions and so we follow the rhythm for the whole song that lasts 4 minutes approximately, then we rest a 1 minute and complete 5 TABATA in total, with this simple but not easy routine, you can work intensely for less than 30 minutes in total, activate with the Power of TABATA 💪💥.
