    Hola mis amigos, espero estén muy bien, hoy les quiero compartir esta rutina en formato AMRAP de Crossfit para trabajar el cuerpo completo en 30 minutos, así lograr establecer un record personal con la intención de ir mejorando al repetir esta rutina, AMRAP por sus siglas en ingles (as many repetitions as possible) tiene como objetivo establecer un tiempo determinado, en este caso 30 minutos y luego realizar la mayor cantidad de repeticiones en total de todas las rondas al final💪🔥

    Hello my friends, I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you this routine in Crossfit AMRAP format to work the whole body in 30 minutes, so you can set a personal record with the intention of improving by repeating this routine, AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible) aims to set a certain time, in this case 30 minutes and then perform the most repetitions in total of all rounds at the end💪🔥.


    Comenzamos con Mountain Climbers, para modo principiante y avanzado, si estas iniciando puedes hacerlo cuidando siempre la postura correcta con tus hombros encima de tus manos, puedes llevarlos un poco hacia adelante y apretar el abdomen, realizando el movimiento sin perder esa tensión muscular en el abdomen🔥 incluso se siente en los hombros también

    We start with Mountain Climbers, for beginner and advanced mode, if you are starting you can do it always taking care of the correct posture with your shoulders on top of your hands, you can bring them a little forward and tighten the abdomen, performing the movement without losing that muscle tension in the abdomen🔥 even felt in the shoulders as well.

    AMRAP
    ✅ 20 Animal Flow frontal 👊
    ✅ 10 Push-ups con inclinación 👊
    ✅ 10 Lunges Inferiores
    ✅ 5 Medio Burpees

    En total son 45 repeticiones en cada ronda, ahora supongamos que descansas 1 minuto entre cada ronda y en los 30 minutos que tienes, haces unas 3 rondas, serían 135 repeticiones en total del AMRAP, ese sería tu record hoy, la idea es repetirlo en 1 o 2 semanas para hacer al menos una ronda más, así podrás ver tu avance poco a poco 💪

    AMRAP
    ✅ 20 Front Animal Flow 👊
    ✅ 10 Push-ups with incline 👊
    ✅ 10 Lower Lunges
    ✅ 5 Half Burpees

    In total there are 45 reps in each round, now let's say you rest 1 minute between each round and in the 30 minutes you have, you do about 3 rounds, that would be 135 total AMRAP reps, that would be your record today, the idea is to repeat it in 1 or 2 weeks to do at least one more round, so you can see your progress little by little 💪


    La ventaja de ese entrenamiento es que tu debes ir a tu ritmo siempre, sin importar si es más lento o más rápido, la clave es progresar constantemente en tu nivel físico, así que no tienes excusas y vamos con todo 🙌🔥
