Ingredients of Ginisang Upo (Sauteed Bottle Gourd)
800 grams bottle of gourd
180 grams of tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 small white onion (you can use red onion)
Salt (to taste)
MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) to taste (optional)
