!. En un post anterior mostré algunas fotografías de la competición Only Statics 2° edición llevada a cabo en el estado Falcon en la ciudad de Punto Fijo el pasado 18/11/2023, donde esta se dividía en dos categorías profesional y semiprofesional, donde cada atleta debía mostrar su capacidad para realizar solo movimientos estáticos ya que no se permitía el uso de los dinámicos, diferentes atletas participantes pudieron participar debido a que la competencia era abierta.

In a previous post I showed some photographs of the Only Statics 2nd edition competition held in the Falcon state in the city of Punto Fijo on 11/18/2023, where it was divided into two professional and semi-professional categories, where each athlete He had to show his ability to perform only static movements since the use of dynamic movements was not allowed, different participating athletes were able to participate because the competition was open.

Las rondas consistían con un máximo de tiempo de 1 minuto para las dos categorías la cual se evaluaban por medio de cuatro jueces los movimientos estáticos, estos debían tener buena ejecución, limpieza y combinación para sumar la mayor cantidad de puntos posibles (Máximo de puntos 10) para pasar la ronda de clasificación, luego se seguía con la ronda de versus 1 contra 1 que mediante sorteo estos se definían, finalmente se terminaba con una ronda de clasificación final para saber quien se llevaba el primer, segundo y tercer lugar de la competición.

The rounds consisted of a maximum time of 1 minute for the two categories, which the static movements were evaluated by four judges. These had to have good execution, cleanliness and combination to add the greatest number of points possible (Maximum points 10 ) to pass the qualification round, then continued with the 1 against 1 versus round that was defined by draw, finally it ended with a final classification round to find out who took first, second and third place in the competition .

Para concluir estos eventos son posibles gracias al esfuerzo de cada atleta de #SWC, miembros de la organización y al CEO @manuelramos que con mucha dedicación fomenta el deporte en todo el país despertando la motivación en cada atleta practicante del Street Workout incluyéndome. Sin más nada que agregar felicitaciones a los ganadores de esta edición nos vemos en otra oportunidad.

To conclude, these events are possible thanks to the efforts of each #SWC athlete, members of the organization and CEO @manuelramos, who with great dedication promotes the sport throughout the country, awakening motivation in each Street Workout athlete, including me.
