GALLETAS DE MANTEQUILLA NAVIDEÑAS/CHRISTMAS SHORTBREAD COOKIES

But, before I say goodbye, I want to express these words to you:
For most people, the month of December is synonymous with family reunion, joy, gifts, drinks and lots and lots of food. Likewise, it is a month of reflection and gratitude and it is true that we should be thankful every day, for the simple fact of being alive and breathing. However, as December is the last month of the year, we can look back and appreciate all that we have achieved in these 12 months and say: "Thanks, God for giving me the strength I needed to overcome everything I have had to live in this 2022". I believe that this act fills us with tremendous positive energy to face the new year 2023, because the unknown awaits us, but also a lot of learning and the adventure of moving forward giving it all.

In my case, one of the things I am thankful for this 2022 is to have met the beautiful Hive community that has given me the opportunity to share my baking recipes and some important moments in my life. To tell you the truth, I never thought I would have my own blog. Therefore, I take this opportunity to thank all the people who have voted for my posts, especially the curators. This gesture motivates me to keep improving to continue growing with this great family.

Hola, mi linda gente de Hive! Espero se encuentren muy bien y preparándose para celebrar la llegada del Niño Dios o simplemente para disfrutar de esta época de fiestas.

Hoy les traigo un video donde les muestro como hacer unas deliciosas galletas de mantequillas decoradas con chocolate y con mostacillas para darles un toque alegre y navideño.

Vamos a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes:

20 gm de harina de trigo.
50 gm de maicena.
160 gm de mantequilla o margarina.
120 gm de azúcar blanco.
La ralladura de un limón.
1 cdita de esencia de vainilla.
1/4 cdita de canela en polvo.
1/4 cdita de sal.
1 huevo.
Boquillas: 345, 6B y 2D.

DECORACIÓN:

100 gm de chocolate negro.
100 gm de chocolate blanco.
Mostacillas.

Pero, antes de despedirme deseo expresarles estas palabras:

Para la mayoría de las personas, el mes de Diciembre es sinónimo de reunión familiar, alegría, regalos, bebidas y mucha, mucha comida. De igual forma, es un mes de reflexión y agradecimientos y es verdad, que debemos agradecer todos los días, por el simple hecho de estar vivos y respirar. Sin embargo, por ser Diciembre el último mes del año, podemos ver en retrospectiva y valorar todo lo que hemos logrado alcanzar en estos 12 meses y decir: “Gracias, Dios por darme las fuerzas que necesitaba para superar todo lo que me ha tocado vivir en este 2022”. Creo que este acto nos llena de una tremenda energía positiva para afrontar el nuevo año 2023, pues nos espera lo desconocido, pero también mucho aprendizaje y la aventura de seguir adelante dándolo todo.

En mi caso, una de las cosas por la que agradezco de este 2022 es haber conocido a la linda comunidad de Hive que me ha dado la oportunidad de compartir mis recetas pasteleras y algunos momentos importantes en mi vida. La verdad, jamás pensé que tendría mi propio blog. Por lo tanto, aprovecho la oportunidad para agradecer a todas las personas que me han votado mis publicaciones, en especial a los curadores. Este gesto me motiva a seguir mejorando para seguir creciendo junto a esta gran familia.

Espero que esta navidad te animes a preparar estas ricas galletas de mantequilla que hice con mucho cariño para todos ustedes y que compartan mi video.
