MESSAGE THROUGH PAINTING/MENSAJE A TRAVÉS DE LA PINTURA

Hello, my beautiful people of Hive! I hope you are doing well. Here I am again with another video, but this time I come to express some feelings and emotions through watercolor painting. I am a beginner, but I wanted to try to get a message to all the beautiful whales that are out there rewarding our work, talent, effort, and dedication. As a result, we get motivated to continue creating quality content, to inspire others so that, the Hive community continues to grow, and continue adding many more people who want to contribute their ideas or their art.

It is well known that, painting as other types of artistic manifestations, and I include pastry here, is a meticulous work. Sometimes, it makes us forget our surroundings completely. Time flies and we do not notice it, since we are immersed in our world being happy and finding peace in what we love to do. I would say it is a form of love at its best. Moreover, I would go so far as to say that it is a form of self-love that takes us to another spiritual level.

According to experts in the field, this state of high concentration is called Alpha. It has been the subject of many studies that reveal that when we are immersed in this state, a part of our brain is conscious and the other part of the unconscious emerges, which is the same state that is achieved with prayer, meditation, or music.

Because creativity depends largely on emotions, painting allows us to experience happiness, love, empathy and above all, peace. Consequently, painting can help us to achieve harmony between heart, soul, and mind. However, we can also express and reflect our darkest feelings. We can show light or the darkness that exists in our hearts. It is all up to you! I prefer to show in my humble painting a bit of brightness, evoking the blue of the sea combined with spring flowers.

Hola, mi linda gente de Hive! Espero se encuentren muy bien. Por aquí ando de nuevo con otro video, pero esta vez vengo a expresar algunos sentimientos y emociones a través de la pintura en acuarela. Soy principiante, pero quise hacer llegar un mensaje a todas las lindas ballenas que siempre están recompensando nuestro trabajo, talento, esfuerzo y dedicación. Como resultado, nos motivamos a seguir creando contenido de calidad, que inspiren a otros para que la comunidad de Hive siga creciendo y se sigan sumando muchas más personas que quieran aporta sus ideas o su arte.

Es bien sabido que, la pintura como otros tipos de manifestaciones artísticas, e incluyo la repostería, es un trabajo minucioso hasta el punto de hacernos olvidar completamente todo nuestro entorno. La mayoría de las veces se nos pasa el tiempo sin darnos cuenta, ya que estamos inmersos en nuestro mundo siendo felices y encontrando paz en lo que amamos hacer. Yo diría que el arte es una forma de amor en su máxima expresión. Es más, me atrevo a decir que es una forma de amor propio que nos lleva a otro nivel espiritual.

Según los expertos en la materia, este estado de concentración tan elevado se llama Alpha y ha sido objeto de muchos estudios donde se revelan que cuando estamos sumergidos en este estado una parte del nuestro cerebro se encuentra consciente y en la otra parte aflora el inconsciente que es el mismo estado que se consigue con la oración, la meditación o la música.

Debido a que la creatividad depende en gran medida de las emociones, la pintura nos permite experimentar felicidad, amor, empatía y sobre todo, paz. En consecuencia, la pintura puede ayudarnos a conseguir armonía entre el corazón, el alma y la mente. No obstante, también podemos expresar y reflejar nuestros más oscuros sentimientos. Podemos mostrar luz o la oscuridad que existe en nuestros corazones. Todo depende de tí! Pero, yo prefiero mostrar, en mi humilde pintura, un poco de brillo; evocando el azul del mar combinado con flores de primavera.

Mis queridos Hivers, quiero invitarlos a que vean este video hasta el final que hice con mucho cariño, pero sobre todo espero lograr con este video transmitir algo de tranquilidad a tu corazón. Y de no ser así, al menos me queda la satisfacción de haberlo intentado.
