Hola gente bonita

Ha sido un buen año, de verdad que en mi caso particular me siento sumamente satisfecha por cada cosa lograda, sobre todo por entender que formo parte de un ecosistema que tiene mucho para brindar al mundo y eso me hace sentir orgullosa.

Cuando inició el año nunca imaginé que en los últimos 6 meses del mismo estaría tan activa realizando tantas actividades de proyección y educación sobre Web3 y Hive, hasta la fecha 13 eventos en Barquisimeto más participar como Hive builder en el staff de la Caracas Blockchain Week lo que suman 14 eventos en total. Lo cierto es que nada hubiese sido posible sin el resto del equipo de @hiverbqto , quienes además se han constituido en mi familia.

Asi que, para cerrar el año decidimos realizar un último evento, cabe destacar que en este momento somos más de 50 personas contabilizadas como hivers en Barquisimeto, sin embargo para la reunión final donde se haría una evaluación de todo lo logrado se invitó a aquellos que estuvieron activos durante todos los eventos realizados, ya que de alguna manera se debe considerar la intención de colaborar, y esto demuestra el sentido de pertenencia que tenemos con nuestra colmena.

Para el evento llamado "Hive Creator Chritsmas" ubicamos un ambiente súper genial llamado CASA7 , allí se realizó este meetup y como siempre estuvo dividido en varias secciones, una parte para la evaluación de los eventos realizados, una parte para el crecimiento donde recibimos dos charlas por parte de dos Hive Builders y Speakers experimentadas de Hive como son @soy-laloreto y @arlettemsalase , quienes además han participado en muchas actividades de la región y se han constituido en nuestras mentoras. Luego pasamos a una merienda y continuamos con una lluvia de ideas para nuestro 2023 y cerramos con un emotivo entercambio de regalos.

No daré mucha explicación de lo logrado ya que esto se expondrá en un post de la cuenta oficial, pero si quiero destacar que para mi este evento constituye el cierre de muchos esfuerzos y muchas metas que no esperamos tener y que fueron logradas con honores.

Como docente siempre me enfocaré en la educación, sin embargo todo este proceso me está llevando a entender la proyección que se debe hacer para fortalecer nuestra blockchain a nivel de marketing y de inversión, por eso creo que para el 2023 nuestros objetivos han variado un poco buscando la proyección de Hive en la región de una forma diferente. Igual seguiremos con la adopción de creadores pero no será nuestro objetivo principal.

Para terminar quiero recalcar que personalmente me siento sumamente feliz por ser parte de un equipo que busca el bien común, hemos demostrado que podemos actuar como una colmena, más allá de egos y beneficios personales, buscando siempre dar lo mejor de nosotros, reconociendo los talentos de cada quién y buscando que cada uno aporte según esto, aún tenemos mucho que aprender y mucho que crecer como equipo, pero esta reunión sirvió para darnos cuenta de todos esos detalles y enfocarnos en mejorar todo lo que podamos para hacer del 2023 un año de crecimiento potencial para HIVE en todo el mundo.

Gracias a todos los que son parte de este camino, a los hivers de todo el mundo que nos inspiran también cada uno con sus trabajo y su esfuerzo, sentir que somos una comunidad mundial en torno a un objetivo común es la base de nuestra fuerza. Seguiremos dando lo mejor para Hive.

Hello beautiful people

It has been a good year, truly, in my particular case I feel extremely satisfied for everything I have achieved, especially for understanding that I am part of an ecosystem that has a lot to offer to the world and that makes me feel proud.

When the year began I never imagined that in the last 6 months of the year I would be so active doing so many activities of projection and education about Web3 and Hive, so far 13 events in Barquisimeto plus participating as Hive builder in the staff of the Caracas Blockchain Week, which adds up to 14 events in total. The truth is that nothing would have been possible without the rest of the @hiverbqto team, who have also become my family.

So, to close the year we decided to make one last event, it should be noted that at this time we are more than 50 people counted as hivers in Barquisimeto, however for the final meeting where we would make an assessment of all that was achieved we invited those who were active during all the events held, because somehow we must consider the intention to collaborate, and this shows the sense of belonging we have with our hive.

For the event called "Hive Creator Chritsmas " we located a super cool environment called CASA7 , there was this meetup and as always it was divided into several sections, a part for the evaluation of the events held, a part for growth where we received two talks by two Hive Builders and experienced Hive Speakers such as @soy-laloreto and @arlettemsalase , who have also participated in many activities in the region and have become our mentors. We then moved on to a snack and continued brainstorming ideas for our 2023 and closed with an emotional exchange of gifts.

I will not give much explanation of what was achieved as this will be exposed in a post of the official account, but I want to emphasize that for me this event is the closure of many efforts and many goals that we do not expect to have and that were achieved with honors.

As a teacher I will always focus on education, however this whole process is leading me to understand the projection that must be done to strengthen our blockchain at the marketing and investment level, so I think that by 2023 our objectives have changed a little looking for the projection of Hive in the region in a different way. We will still continue with the adoption of creators but it will not be our main objective.

To finish I want to emphasize that personally I feel extremely happy to be part of a team that seeks the common good, we have shown that we can act as a hive, beyond egos and personal benefits, always looking to give the best of us, recognizing the talents of each one and looking for each one to contribute accordingly, we still have much to learn and much to grow as a team, but this meeting helped us to realize all these details and focus on improving everything we can to make 2023 a year of potential growth for HIVE worldwide.

Thanks to everyone who is part of this journey, to the hivers around the world who inspire us also each one with their work and effort, feeling that we are a global community around a common goal is the basis of our strength. We will continue to do our best for Hive.
