Guitarra Larense,
Yo quiero cantar

For this week of "Patriotic Pride" many lyrics came to my mind, but I remembered that my friend @numa26 at some point asked me to please her with this theme that we bring you today.
I was born in the State of Lara, in its capital Barquisimeto, I must emphasize that all Venezuela is very musical and each state has its treasures regarding singing and music, however Barquisimeto and all Lara has been listed as the Musical capital of Venezuela, a fact that makes all artists born here feel a nice pride.
Today with my son @jkalthor on guitar we bring you "Guitarra Larense" a song that undoubtedly makes you feel the love I have for the city where I was born.
A bouquet of flowers
Barquisimeto I bring you
The road gave it to me
When I dreamed of your region.
Your landscape is a romance
That in the afternoons the sun picks up,
To take it to the star
That sleeps Lara with its song.
Your valleys of the Turbio, your Ayacucho Park
Your nights of stars and a thousand other things,
Give your land music and beauty,
While sadness becomes a waltz.
Larense Guitar,
I want to sing
Teach me a little,
Teach me a little of your Capital,
And if one day life
I'll be far away from here,
By any road,
I'll tell all the people about you.
