today i am going to share with you
some information about bitter apple, so it is also know as bitter guard to in some areas, but i used words bitter guard in this video. bitter apple is life saving fruit, but it is very much common in wild and desert area, it is self oriented grow plant. we can find this plant fruit very easily in desert and wild area, and mountain areas. it is not very much expensive, but in some area it sell on high price. but in my area it is free of cost, and used very much in medicine. it is life saving bitter fruit, people use it for stomach pain, and also its roots use as tooth brush to clean teeth , but if you have cavities , teeth disease or germ then use its root to wash teeth in evening before going to bed, you will see its result in just few days and teeth disease will be ok, if you stomach pain, or digestive issue, then use this fruit with out seed you will be ok, it is best for diabetes patient, but one of the best of its use is that dry this fruit in shadow , then grand it, and use its powder one time in day before sleeping with water, you stomach will be ok and diabetes will be also , . so there are many use of this fruit, so this video is about this fruit , hope you all will enjoy it.thank you very much.
