Hi friends of Full Deportes today I decided to go to the Gilma Jimenez Park in Bogota where you have excellent facilities of multipurpose machines to perform our physical exercises, this routine with its execution we can work the muscles of the legs, quadriceps and glutes, the pectoral area - triceps - shoulders - back, lower back and psoas is an absolute if what we are looking for is the most out of the time and effort we make to exercise.
It is important to perform routines like this at least 4 to 5 times per week to achieve greater effectiveness and see results.
