El pasado sábado, 17 de diciembre, se llevó a cabo el evento "Proyecta tu 2023 y potencia tu talento en la Web3", actividad organizada por @holos-lotus conjuntamente con el testigo @la-colmena y que contó con el apoyo de @valueplan.

El objetivo de este encuentro era ofrecer a los participantes las herramientas necesarias para afrontar el reto planteado en el título. Para ese fin se contó con unas extraordinarias ponencias, que más allá de la parte teórica, tuvo su mayor impacto en las actividades que las acompañaron, entre las cuales hubo baile, juegos, meditación, ejercicios y música.

Last Saturday, December 17, the event "Project your 2023 and empower your talent in Web3" took place, an activity organized by @holos-lotus together with the @la-colmena witness and supported by @valueplan.

The objective of this meeting was to provide participants with the necessary tools to meet the challenge posed in the title. To this end, we had some extraordinary presentations, which beyond the theoretical part, had its greatest impact on the activities that accompanied them, among which there was dancing, games, meditation, exercises and music.

La actividad trató varios temas puntuales y se escogió a cada uno de los ponentes de manera cuidadosa:

@rosahidalgo estuvo a cargo del inicio y lo hizo tratando el aspecto ontológico y ofreciendo herramientas prácticas para el desarrollo personal.
Seguidamente le tocó el turno a @mosa71, quien desarrolló el tema de la programación neurolingüística (PNL), resaltando la importancia de esta para el logro de cualquier objetivo-
@danielvehe se centró en el tema de Marca Personal y con divertidos juegos, mostró la importancia de saber desarrollar tu pitch y enfocarlo adecuadamente, según tu marca.
"Potencia tus talentos en la Web3" fue el tema tratado por @enmymente, quien contó su propia experiencia y los límites que uno se autoimpone, así como la necesidad de superarlos.
@ilazramusic fue el último ponente del día con el tema "Proyección Comunitaria de Hive para el 2023", con el cual se cerraba el círculo en los temas tratados y le terminó de dar forma al objetivo del encuentro

En el interín, @nahupuku y @orimusic brindaron una muestra musical de música de sanación indígena, que impactó de manera muy positiva a los participantes y que fue ocasión propicia para que @mundomanaure también realizara su performance espontáneo.

Una parranda en vivo, a cargo de @yonnathang, @camiloferrua, @esalcedo, el mismo @ilazramusic, así como @ylich, le dio el toque festivo y navideño al evento, en el cual se pudo disfrutar de rifas, entrega de material promocional de Hive, degustación de platos navideños y la destacada participación de varios proyectos de emprendedores.

Una jornada muy positiva que cerró con biodanza,en la que @miriannalis demostró su conocimiento en esa especialidad y demostró en qué se basa su liderazgo dentro de la comunidad @holos-lotus. Valga mencionar el maravilloso aporte de cada uno de los integrantes del equipo.

The activity dealt with several specific topics and each of the speakers was carefully chosen:

@rosahidalgo was in charge of the beginning and did so by addressing the ontological aspect and offering practical tools for personal development.
Next it was the turn of @mosa71, who developed the topic of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), highlighting its importance for the achievement of any goal.
@danielvehe focused on the topic of Personal Branding and with fun games, showed the importance of knowing how to develop your pitch and focus it properly, according to your brand.
"Power your talents on the Web3" was the topic discussed by @enmymente, who told her own experience and the limits that one self-imposes, as well as the need to overcome them.
@ilazramusic was the last speaker of the day with the topic "Community Projection of Hive for 2023", which closed the circle in the topics discussed and finished shaping the objective of the meeting.

In the meantime, @nahupuku and @orimusic gave a musical sample of indigenous healing music, which had a very positive impact on the participants and was the perfect occasion for @mundomanaure to give a spontaneous performance.

A live parranda, in charge of @yonnathang, @camiloferrua, @esalcedo, @ilazramusic himself, as well as @ylich, gave the festive and Christmas touch to the event, in which you could enjoy raffles, delivery of Hive promotional material, tasting of Christmas dishes and the outstanding participation of several entrepreneurial projects.

A very positive day that closed with biodance, in which @miriannalis demonstrated her knowledge in this specialty and showed what her leadership within the @holos-lotus community is based on. It is worth mentioning the wonderful contribution of each of the team members.
