Oblivion -Astor Piazzolla (Cover) by @yisusth

A warm greeting to the entire #Music community. I have the pleasure of playing with my trumpet «Oblivión», a tango composed by Astor Piazzolla in 1982. I have had the opportunity to play several of Piazzolla's works and I love his compositions. He revolutionized tango by fusing elements of jazz, classical music, and Argentine folklore. This musical piece was originally written for bandoneon, piano, and bass, and is part of the soundtrack of the film "Enrico IV" by Marco Bellocchio. The piece is entirely instrumental, but there are versions of the lyrics by Horacio Ferrer and David McNeil. I love the introspective nature of the song, it uses a harmony-rich in dissonances and tensions. When you listen to the melody it generates a feeling of nostalgia and loss. The title of the piece is the act of forgetting someone or something. Today I spent many hours rehearsing and well, in this recording, I was already exhausted. It has been difficult for me to publish these last few days but fortunately this week I am more available to interpret and create.

Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de #Music. Tengo el agrado de interpretar con mi trompeta «Oblivión», un tango compuesto por Astor Piazzolla en 1982. He tenido la oportunidad de interpretar varias obras de Piazzola y me encantan sus composiciones. Él revolucionó el tango al fusionar elementos del jazz, la música clásica y el folclore argentino. Me ha costado publicar en estos últimos días, pero afortunadamente esta semana estoy más disponible para interpretar y crear.
