    Bueno, ya cรณmo ven esta rutina es bastante fuerte para muchos sencilla para algunos, pero de igual forma se van a cansar ya que estaremos trabajando de forma continua en contrarreloj. Empezaremos con 10 segundos de sentadillas y luego de ello realizamos una caminata en lunch o zancadas hasta otra lรญnea de unos 6 metros. Luego de llegar allรญ realizamos el siguiente ejercicio y asรญ sucesivamente cada ronda de ejercicio de 10 segundos. El รบltimo serรก una sentadilla de 18 a 20 segundos, con esto finalizan la primera serie. Recomiendo 3 a 4 series de esto y tendrรกn su dรญa completo.
