    Saludos! a la comunidad #FullDeportes, les traigo este set de Cardio🔥 Realizado en el parque el Ejercito las Ballenas. Es una rutina bastante Corta para realizar de forma explosiva y muy recomendada para aquellos que estan comenzando y no saben por donde empezar, aca les dejo esta guìa bastante entendible para que puedan conseguir la resistencia y quemar esa grasa 💪🏼.
