    Saludos a todos mis hivers de #fulldeportes como me les va? hoy les traigo esta mega rutina que realice el dรฌa de ayer y de verdad que me gustarรญa compartirla con todos ustedes, es una rutina donde podrรกn manejar variaciones de piernas con peso y sin peso. es como un especie de cardio ya que se realiza de forma continua, espero les guste y comenten por si tienen alguna duda.
