Lás mejores a mi parecer son las de una mano; Dedos extendidos y en Puño, estos ejercicios les ayudarán mucho en el empuje antebrazos y ganar fuerza propio... Espero les guste, empecemos. 😁

As you can see in the images, we will have push up variations to work on and include in your routine in case any of them are new or you didn't know about them. The best ones in my opinion are the one-handed ones; Extended Fingers and Fist, these exercises will help you a lot in the forearm push and gain strength... I hope you like it, let's get started. 😁
