    Hola! Que tal amigos de la comunidad. El día de hoy les tengo esta rutina con variaciones de jale y empuje para que puedan porgresar mucho más en la calistenia, la verdad es bastante sencilla, sólo es cuestión de ir dandole poco a poco. Esta rutina consta de jale y empuje donde trabajaremos en la barra fija y en la paralela para culminar, consta de 6 ejercicios donde tendrán rato para distraer. Espero les guste y vamos a ello🏃💪
