    Saludos y bienvenidos. El dรญa de hoy te comparto un set para trabajar tu cuerpo completo en pocos minutos. Consta de un circuito en barra y suelo. Trabajaremos abdominales, pecho, triceps, biceps y espalda. Tambiรฉn le agregaremos un toque de piernas con explosividad, con esto tendremos un mini set completo. Sin mรกs que agregar vamos con ello.

    Realizaremos estos ejercicios con sus cantidades respectivas, seguidamente procedemos a realizar el siguiente set. No tendremos descanso de cada ejercicio, por ello se conoce como fullbody, ya que consiste en trabajar todo pero en contrarreloj. Espero les guste y puedan completarlo๐Ÿ˜Ž.

    NOTA: Recuerden calentar un poco antes de realizarlo!!
